Japan and South Korea have responded to the DPRK’s recent invitations for early talks on a peace treaty to end the Korean War – which ended in an Armistace, technically leaving North and South Korea at war.
They responded that they will only discuss this issue sooner if North Korea makes moves towards dismantling its nuclear weapons program.
